    Antonella Dos Santos is the founder and lead attorney of Dos Santos Law, where she has spent over a decade advocating for individuals and families injured due to the negligence of others. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2013, Antonella has built her practice around providing strong, strategic, and compassionate representation for clients during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

    Antonella has extensive experience handling a wide range of personal injury cases, including car and trucking accidents, rideshare accidents, motorcycle and pedestrian injuries, premises liability, and wrongful death claims. She understands the complexities of insurance disputes and liability issues and is known for her ability to navigate challenging cases with precision and determination.

    As a hands-on attorney and firm founder, Antonella is personally involved in every case and prioritizes open communication and client trust. She takes the time to ensure her clients understand their rights and legal options while aggressively pursuing the compensation they deserve.     Background
    Daniel Freire is an associate attorney with a deep understanding of personal injury litigation and insurance defense strategies. Before transitioning to plaintiff-side advocacy, Daniel gained extensive experience working at well-known defense firms, including McFarlane Dolan & Prince and Kubicki Draper. This experience allows him to approach cases with a strategic advantage—understanding how insurance companies evaluate claims, investigate accidents, and attempt to limit payouts.

    Daniel has worked on a broad range of complex personal injury matters, including Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Personal Injury Protection claims, Bodily Injury cases, and Premises Liability claims. His background in SIU matters gives him particular insight into cases involving alleged fraud, coverage disputes, and claim investigations—knowledge that strengthens his ability to build thorough, evidence-driven cases for injured clients.

    Known for his meticulous attention to detail and analytical approach, Daniel is committed to guiding clients through every stage of the legal process with clarity and transparency.
